As the business grows, contribute to the development of hiring and training processes for future technicians.
Mentor and guide future team members, ensuring best practices in service delivery, route management, and client relations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed service records, including treatment applications, site assessments, and client interactions.
Provide insights and recommendations to management to continuously improve service strategies.
