Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations related to crude oil transportation and lease management. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT regulations, and industry standards while maintaining safety and efficiency in field activities. This role involves supervising drivers, conducting audits, and checking customer leases to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of drivers involved in crude oil transportation, ensuring safety and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of drivers’ logs, safety procedures, and operational practices to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Check customer leases for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all operations adhere to OSHA standards, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of DOT compliance regulations and implement necessary procedures to ensure ongoing adherence.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor field activities to optimize workflow, reduce risks, and improve overall operational performance.
• Prepare reports on driver performance, safety audits, and lease inspections for management review.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in crude oil operations or related field supervision roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and DOT compliance regulations.
• Experience auditing drivers’ logs and operational practices within the oil industry or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with checking customer leases for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in audit processes and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and regulatory adherence.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
