Part-Time Field Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning

Crescent Cleaning is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Part-Time Field Supervisor to help oversee our commercial cleaning accounts throughout South Florida.

This position is ideal for someone looking for approximately 10 flexible hours per week who is comfortable working independently, traveling between properties, communicating with employees and clients, and stepping in when needed.

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
• Approximately 10 hours per week
• Additional hours may occasionally be available with prior approval
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
• Hours may vary between mornings and afternoons
• Primarily Monday through Saturday
• Mileage reimbursement provided for approved work-related travel between properties

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned properties throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties to inspect employee performance and ensure cleaning standards are being met
• Conduct rotating quality inspections based on property needs, client feedback, new employees, and other priorities
• Communicate directly with cleaning employees regarding schedules, responsibilities, quality concerns, and property needs
• Communicate professionally with property managers and board members to ensure customer satisfaction and address service concerns
• Report directly to the company owner regarding daily priorities, employee issues, property concerns, and completed tasks
• Purchase, pick up, organize, and deliver cleaning supplies to employees and properties as needed
• Monitor supply inventory and identify when products need to be reordered
• Assist with recruiting and identifying new cleaning employees when new properties are added or replacement staff is needed
• Help train and onboard new employees at assigned properties
• Provide temporary cleaning or porter coverage when an employee is sick, quits unexpectedly, or additional assistance is needed
• Help resolve day-to-day employee and property issues before they become larger problems

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• SUV or truck required for transporting cleaning supplies
• Comfortable driving between properties throughout South Florida
• Flexible availability Monday through Saturday
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable performing commercial cleaning/porter duties when temporary coverage is needed
• Ability to lift and transport cleaning supplies and equipment
• Smartphone with the ability to call, text, and use messaging/apps for employee communication
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, property management, facilities management, or field supervision is preferred
• English communication skills preferred

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can serve as the company's eyes and ears in the field. This person should take ownership of their responsibilities and be comfortable managing employees, communicating with clients, inspecting properties, handling supplies, and stepping in when unexpected situations arise.

This is a hands-on, flexible part-time position with the potential for additional hours and responsibilities as Crescent Cleaning continues to grow.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
