Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Field Coordinator to oversee roofing projects and ensure quality standards are met from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll be on-site managing day-to-day operations, maintaining quality control, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain quality control and oversee all phases of project completion
• Conduct inspections at key project milestones
• Stay on-site to manage crew operations and address issues
• Communicate with homeowners and provide regular project updates
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in real time
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project sign-off

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record (required)
• Construction or roofing experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems quickly
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with technology and project management tools

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Performance-based incentives
