Field Supervisor

Overview

Join our dynamic construction management team as a Field Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate crew members to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Review Operator tickets, tool specifications for projects, and blueprints to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance (including OSHA standards), and environmental considerations.
• Interpret technical drawings and schedules to troubleshoot issues promptly and keep projects on track.
• Coordinate construction schedules with project manager/estimator to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Lead team meetings to communicate project updates, safety protocols, and operational goals clearly and confidently.
• Ensure all work complies with federal construction safety regulations and company policies for construction site safety management.

Experience

• Proven experience supervising construction sites
• Demonstrated ability managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent crew management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, project scheduling, and quality control processes.
• Hands-on experience with construction safety management practices on commercial sites.
• Effective managerial communication skills to lead teams confidently while coordinating with project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with concrete cutting equipment or other technical equipment relevant to site operations is a plus.
