Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our field services within the seven counties of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining smooth logistical operations. This role requires travel within the designated counties and a strong commitment to providing exceptional support to both clients and team members. The Field Supervisor plays a vital role in coordinating efforts between staff and clients, ensuring that service delivery meets organizational standards and client needs.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to promote best practices and professional development.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits within the seven counties of Tuscaloosa to oversee service implementation and address any issues promptly.
• Facilitate communication between clients, staff, and management to ensure clarity of expectations and resolve concerns.
• Manage logistical aspects such as scheduling, resource allocation, and transportation within the assigned regions.
• Document field activities, prepare reports on performance metrics, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members during field operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery and meet organizational goals.

Experience

• Proven experience in supervisory roles within home care, healthcare, or related service industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing logistics and documentation.
• Ability to travel extensively within multiple counties and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, staff, and management.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements relevant to field operations is advantageous.
