Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee construction projects on-site. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and leading construction crews to achieve project goals efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site management, crew supervision, and safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications.
• Manage construction crews, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Enforce safety standards and protocols on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards promptly.
• Monitor work quality and adherence to project plans, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues swiftly.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, safety incidents, and crew performance for reporting purposes.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members through training and ongoing communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site management with a strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage construction crews effectively, fostering teamwork and productivity.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety management practices and regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and enforce safety standards consistently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in overseeing project activities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Physical capability to perform supervisory duties on active construction sites.
