Field Supervisor

Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
• Monitor work progress and quality control measures to meet project specifications and standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite activities
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Manage site safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Assist in budgeting efforts by tracking costs and managing resources effectively

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in construction environments with a focus on project delivery
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
• Experience with quality control procedures and construction estimating techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for onsite implementation
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on budgeting and resource management

Pay: From $37.00 per hour
