Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations at assigned railway stations and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily field activities.
• Manage and guide field team members.
• Ensure smooth operations at assigned locations.
• Coordinate with the management team and report daily updates.
• Resolve field-level issues and maintain service quality.

Requirements:

• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate field staff and handle operational tasks.
• Willingness to work at assigned railway stations and locations.
• Flexible working hours as per operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
