Field Supervisor

Circle C Hauling is seeking a dependable, experienced Field Supervisor to become a key member of our trucking operations team.

This position helps oversee daily field operations, supports drivers, coordinates with dispatch and customers, and keeps jobs running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise drivers and field activities.
• Coordinate truck movements, schedules, and job assignments with dispatch.
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Promote compliance with company safety policies and DOT requirements.
• Communicate job updates and equipment concerns.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in trucking, transportation, or heavy haul operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage changing schedules and multiple priorities.
• A dependable, safety-focused work ethic.
