Field Supervisor - Pharma

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Educator Lead to support patient education and awareness initiatives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, particularly for individuals living with diabetes and/or obesity. The role will lead and support a team of Healthcare Educators, ensuring consistent delivery of patient counselling, screening, education, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities across assigned pharmacies and clinics.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and coach team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient education and counselling.
• Monitor diabetes and obesity education, screening, assessments, documentation, follow-ups, and product/device demonstrations.
• Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies and clinics to monitor team performance, service quality, compliance, and project execution.
• Track team KPIs, identify performance gaps, and provide timely feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely daily reporting and submission of KPI-related data.
• Coordinate with the Project Lead and relevant stakeholders on project updates, operational requirements, and field challenges.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ethical standards, privacy, data protection, and safety reporting requirements.
• Support appropriate patient referrals to clinicians/specialists and immediately escalate pharmacovigilance incidents, adverse events, and product complaints.
• Travel across assigned locations as required and support continuous improvement of project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or Pharm-D in a relevant healthcare field.
• 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, patient education, nutrition, pharmacy, or related areas.
• Patient counselling, disease awareness, or clinic/pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of diabetes, obesity, and lifestyle management.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English and a local language.
• Comfortable using digital tools and educational resources.
