Field Support- Data Collection

Areas of Assignment: North NCR, South NCR, North Luzon, Central Luzon, South Luzon, Bicol Area, Cebu Area, Dumaguete Area, Davao Area, Cagayan De Oro Area.

Purpose. Be ready at any scheduled time to go to a partner location in the assigned area and capture data to Pulsar standards, safely and with consent in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Agree the area's daily capture schedule and route with the Business Partnerships Specialists, and keep a standby list for cancellations and no-shows.
• Travel to each scheduled location on time with the required equipment, coordinating transport with Logistics where needed.
• Confirm before recording that the participant consent form and the partner data agreement are signed and complete.
• Set up and operate recording equipment and capture the required scenarios per the guidelines, keeping faces visible.
• Protect personnel safety and client-equipment security in transit and on site; check equipment out and in, and report any loss, damage or malfunction immediately.
• Upload or hand over captured data per the ingestion process and confirm it is complete.
• Submit an end-of-day report on hours captured, rejects and issues, and flag blockers to the Business Partnerships Specialists and the Head of Data Collection.

Qualifications

• Senior high school graduate or higher; college level preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in field work, production, videography, survey, logistics or a similar role; lead or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable operating cameras, smartphones and capture apps; quick to learn new equipment.
• Organized, punctual and courteous with participants and partners; willing to travel within the area and work flexible schedules.
• Experience in non-voice BPO, data annotation or data collection is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators

• Capture hours completed versus schedule, by industry and difficulty tier.
• QA acceptance rate; re-shoot rate.
• Consent and partner agreement completeness.
• On-time arrival rate; equipment loss or damage and safety incidents.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
