Field Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or helpdesk channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and other IT-related concerns.
• Visit client locations to provide hands-on technical support when needed.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues within the required timeframe.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and equipment checking.
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and completed services.
• Coordinate with the helpdesk and other technical teams regarding unresolved concerns.
• Assist users with basic technical concerns and provide proper guidance.
• Travel to different client locations within Metro Manila and nearby areas.
• Prepare service reports and ensure that completed work is properly documented.
• Perform other technical support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course.
• With experience in field technical support, helpdesk support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Good knowledge of basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a personal motorcycle and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel to different client locations within Metro Manila and nearby areas.
• Willing to perform both field and helpdesk support.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: Php19,630.00 per month
