Job Title: Field Support Engineer

Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide L1 support for fiber service delivery, troubleshooting, provisioning, service restoration, and network inventory management.

Must-Have Skills: Ethernet, Layer 1 & Layer 2 Technologies, Fiber Design.

Preferred Skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Switching, Routing, and Network Troubleshooting.

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM CST, Monday–Saturday. Sunday is a fixed day off.
