Field Support (Internet)

About the role

As a Field Support, you will support internet and telecommunication services through network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with the NOC and Technical Support teams to ensure network quality, resolve customer issues, and deliver reliable service in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain internet services to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer network issues and resolve them within the agreed SLA.
• Check network quality and coordinate with the NOC and Technical Support teams.
• Prepare work reports, maintain work equipment, and follow company SOPs.
• Provide professional and friendly service to ensure a great customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and FTTH.
• Able to install and troubleshoot network equipment.
• Good communication skills and willing to work in the field while following company SOPs and K3 standards.
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo.
