Field Support Operator (FSO)

We need people on the ground who can think fast and act safely. We're looking for a Field Support Operator to provide on-site support for autonomous vehicle operations, responding to incidents and keeping field activity running safely and efficiently.

This is a field-based role that calls for strong judgment, flexibility, and comfort working in fast-paced, changing conditions.

What You'll Do

• Respond to autonomous vehicle incidents in your assigned operational area.
• Drive company response vehicles and assess roadside situations safely.
• Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting following established procedures.
• Support vehicle recovery, relocation, towing coordination, and charging as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch, emergency responders, law enforcement, and operational partners.
• Document incidents with photos, videos, and digital reports.
• Support rider assistance, lost-item recovery, and basic vehicle preparation.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, PPE, and communication devices.
• Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with 3+ years of licensed driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must successfully complete required background checks and drug screening, where applicable.

Strong safety awareness, problem solving, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure will set you up for success, along with comfort using mobile apps, GPS, and digital reporting tools. Experience in fleet operations, roadside assistance, logistics, emergency response, automotive operations, public safety, security, or customer service is a plus. Required training and certifications will be provided or completed prior to deployment.

• +Proficiency with mobile applications, GPS navigation, and digital reporting tools.
• +Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and automotive maintenance procedures.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
