The Field Tec Residential position is a critical role within the electrical industry, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential properties. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid OSHA 10 card required upon hiring.
• Proven experience in residential electrical repair and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program.
• Experience with smart home electrical systems and modern residential technologies.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient electrical solutions and sustainable building practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential buildings according to local codes and safety regulations.
• Diagnose electrical problems using specialized tools and equipment, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Collaborate with construction teams and homeowners to assess electrical needs and provide expert recommendations.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
