Field Technical Engineer For Hardware & Networking

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Technical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in hardware and networking to provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Handle LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity issues.
• Install and maintain Windows OS and basic software applications.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve hardware and networking issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service reports.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and network support.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
