Field Technical Executive

About the role

Field Technical Executive (FTE) is a technical frontline role responsible for maintaining service quality and ensuring premium customer satisfaction. The role involves planning, quality review, coordination, technical support, and training delivery across assigned client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Design annual work programs according to client allocation
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, annual reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to each customer according to benefit package
• Conduct quality reviews at each customer location
• Provide recommendations and improvement information related to service quality to customers
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with customers
• Accompany Account Executive in premium prospect surveys
• Conduct audit document and field accompaniment for customers
• Provide technical assessment during customer crash programs
• Deliver external Pest Awareness training to customers
• Conduct internal training for basic competencies

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Biology or Environmental Health
• Minimum 1 year experience in pest control, services, or technical field work
• Supervisor certification (preferred)
• Service-oriented mindset and comfortable with challenges
• Understanding of pest control business
• Fast learner with strong leadership
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and target-driven
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Capable of producing neat and professional technical reports
