Major Responsibilities :
- Claim and complaint management
- Product feedback to R&D and Sales
- Demand Generation Activities
- Training of internal and external staff
- Market Intelligence current practices by the competition, latest trends in customer service and customer experience
- Implementation of Marketing and Service Initiatives
- Sales support support sales team in timely customer complain resolution, sales generation through customer activities etc.
