What You’ll Do

• Install, calibrate, and commission water & beverage dispensing equipment.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and maintain service schedules.
• Troubleshoot & repair equipment on-site with minimal downtime.
• Prepare service reports, calibration logs, and parts usage records.
• Provide on-site support during urgent breakdowns and service calls.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre- & post-sales activities.
• Arrange delivery, unpacking, and provide basic end-user training.
• Support general warehouse tasks, other daily operational duties and warehouse cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For

• SPM qualification or equivalent (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues. (AC & Plumbing knowledge/experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency with technical tools and equipment.
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Organized, responsible, and efficient with time management.
• Keen to learn and improve technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license (GDL is an advantage).

Important: This role may involve working with beer-related equipment (non-halal). Candidates must be comfortable handling such equipment.
