Duties

• Install, configure, and maintain various technical systems and equipment at client locations, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, and system failures efficiently to restore full functionality swiftly.
• Document all service activities thoroughly, including repairs performed, parts replaced, and system updates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously during all field activities to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in training end-users on new systems or updates to maximize their operational capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Field Technician or in a similar technical role involving construction, installation, demo and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of construction sites and techniques systems, in the field troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
• Proven ability to read technical manuals, job site schematics, ability to use power and hand tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel frequently between job sites.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment safely and work in confined or challenging environments.
