Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to support and maintain our product in our customer's base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle service calls and troubleshoot malfunctions in the field
• Perform installations and assembly of smart shopping carts and electronic equipment
• Carry out routine maintenance and functionality checks
• Support warehouse and logistics operations on days without service calls or installations

Requirements:

• Technical background in electronics – a must
• Ability to perform physical, demanding work
• High sense of responsibility, orderliness, and service orientation
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license – a must

Work Schedule

• Work week: Sunday–Thursday
• Friday work is on an as-needed basis only, in response to service calls
