What they need
A Field Technician is responsible for designing, setting up, and maintaining computer networks both Internal & external to ensure smooth communication and data sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Ensure network security and data protection
- Support users with network-related problems
- Plan and implement network upgrades or expansions
- Work with vendors and IT teams to maintain reliable network infrastructure
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)
- Familiar with network tools and equipment (Cisco, H3C, Mikrotik, etc.)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
- CCNA or similar certification (added advantage)
Must have:
- Own Transport
- Abe to Travel
-Open for fresh graduate candidates
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
