Field Technician

We're a locally trusted provider of communication and security systems, and we're looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Field Technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be part of a team that installs, maintains, and troubleshoots a variety of services for homes and businesses, including:

• Telephone, internet, TV
• Security systems (alarm, fire, and camera setups)
• Basic networking and connectivity issues

We’ll teach you how to:

• Run wiring and set up equipment
• Install and configure systems
• Diagnose and solve technical issues on-site and remotely
• Work with software tools and customer support platforms

You'll also:

• Keep records of your work
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional way
• Provide support and education to customers on how to use their systems
• Occasionally be on-call for after-hours support (rotating schedule)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and motivated people who want to build a long-term career
• Comfortable using tools and working in a hands-on environment (indoors and outdoors)
• Good communicators who take pride in doing quality work
• Physically able to climb ladders, work in small spaces, and lift equipment when needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with Mitel or 3CX phone systems
• Electrical license (06) or NICET certifications
• Previous experience with security or networking systems
