As a Field Technician, you'll be on the front lines of customer deployments, helping implement cutting-edge solutions at real-world sites across the region. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers, engineers, and technical teams to ensure successful installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deploy and support innovative IoT and wireless technology solutions in customer environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and connectivity issues in the field
• Partner with engineering and customer-facing teams to ensure successful implementations
• Assist with installation, configuration, and testing of hardware systems
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers throughout the deployment process
• Travel locally to customer sites and support projects from planning through execution

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 0-3 years of experience in technical support, field service, installation, telecom, or related environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working with hardware, tools, and technical documentation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to IoT technologies
• Experience with BLE, RFID, RF, wireless, or networking technologies
