Field Technician

Field Service Technician supporting business clients with installation, maintenance, and repair of multifunction copiers, printers, and related document/IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair printing/document equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose hardware and network-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and firmware updates.
• Train users on proper equipment operation and best practices.
• Document all service activities accurately and completely.
• Manage territory work effectively and collaborate with team members to deliver responsive, consultative support.
