1️⃣About The Role We're seeking a Field Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support onboard technology systems for transit agencies nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem solving, customer interaction, and extensive travel. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of technical experience, preferably working with heavy duty vehicles, electronics, or related systems.

2️⃣ What You'll Do

• Install and configure onboard hardware and electronic systems
• Troubleshoot and repair field equipment
• Conduct site surveys and vehicle assessments
• Document installation activities and project status
• Work directly with customers during deployments
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to resolve issues

3️⃣ What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of technical experience
• Experience with electronics, vehicle systems, or low-voltage wiring preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to travel 80-90% nationwide
