Field Technician – ISP / Broadband Services

Job Responsibilities

• Install broadband and fiber internet connections at customer locations
• Configure routers, modems, Wi-Fi devices, and networking equipment
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity and speed-related issues
• Perform fiber cable laying, LAN cabling, and basic network testing
• Attend customer service requests and resolve complaints within SLA timelines
• Coordinate with backend/NOC teams for issue resolution
• Ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction
• Maintain daily service reports and closure updates

Required Skills

• Basic networking knowledge (Router, LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Configuration)
• Understanding of fiber optic and broadband connections
• Cable crimping and troubleshooting skills preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to travel and work in field operations

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, or Fiber Installation
• Freshers with networking knowledge can also apply
• Immediate joiners preferred
