Field Trainer

• Deliver training through classroom sessions, on-the-job coaching, virtual platforms, and LMS.
• Ensure timely completion of e-learning modules by store employees.
• Take complete ownership of learning initiatives within assigned zones.
• Analyse business data to identify skill gaps and implement targeted improvement interventions.
• Follow a clinical solutions-centric approach to address product knowledge and counselling gaps.
• Submit accurate and timely training reports and track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to align training with business goals.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
