What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver customer service training programs to enhance employee performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct needs assessment, analyze training requirements, and develop customized solutions using OJT (On-the-Job Training) methodology.
- Provide soft skills training to employees on communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, and other relevant topics to drive business results.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in behavioural training, customer service training or related fields.
- Strong understanding of training need analysis (TNA) principles to identify gaps in employee skills.
- Experience with product training is an added advantage.
