Role Summary

RK Business Group is looking for a Field Trainer Service Excellence to drive service quality and frontline capability across railway catering operations.

This is a field-intensive role involving regular visits to trains and operational locations to Train Coach Observe Correct Measure Report.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-train training for frontline railway catering teams.
• Coach employees on service, communication, billing, hygiene and complaint handling.
• Observe actual service delivery and identify skill/behaviour gaps.
• Provide real-time corrective coaching and ensure training is implemented.
• Support Train Managers and frontline teams in improving service standards.
• Track recurring complaints, service gaps and improvement areas.
• Maintain training records, field observations and reports.
• Work closely with L&D and Operations to drive service improvement.
• Contribute towards reducing customer complaints and financial penalties.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in field training, sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, operations, recruitment or other people-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, assertive and comfortable influencing frontline employees.
• Strong observation, coaching and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field travel and railway operations.
