Role Overview:
Identify commercial properties available for rent or lease across Bangalore through field surveys, market mapping, and interactions with property owners, landlords, and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-ground surveys across commercial markets.
• Identify vacant and upcoming commercial properties, including shops, offices, showrooms, and warehouses.
• Collect and verify property details, rental information, availability, and contact details.
• Build relationships with owners and brokers to track current and upcoming inventory.
• Update property data in the company database and submit regular reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1- 3 years of experience in real estate, field sales, market research, or field operations.
• Good communication, observation, and data-entry skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and approaching new people.
• Smartphone with internet access required; two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Note: This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel across South Bangalore.
