Job Overview

Mission Surya Uday is looking for a motivated Field Visitor to visit homeowners who have already been contacted by our telecalling team and have expressed interest in installing rooftop solar panels. The role involves meeting interested customers, explaining solar solutions, understanding their requirements, and assisting them with the next steps toward installation under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential customers using leads provided by the telecalling team.
• Meet customers who are already aware of rooftop solar and interested in getting a solar connection.
• Explain the benefits of solar panels and the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana in simple language.
• Understand customers’ electricity needs and requirements for solar installation.
• Provide basic information about the installation process and guide customers on the next steps.
• Collect relevant customer details and record visit outcomes accurately.
• Follow up with interested customers when required.
• Coordinate with telecallers and the sales and installation teams.
• Maintain professional communication and build trust with potential customers.
• Travel within the assigned area of Kanpur to conduct customer visits.

Eligibility and Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable travelling within the assigned area.
• Basic smartphone skills for updating customer details and visit reports.
• Customer-focused attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work in the field.
• Experience in field sales, customer service, marketing, or solar energy is preferred but not mandatory.
