Field Visual Merchandiser

Pomelo is looking for a Field visual merchandiser to assist us in realizing the vision of our Pomelo stores. The candidate must be on-trend with the latest fashion fads and have a good eye for presenting our collections in an inspiring and commercial way. Ultimately, the goal is to set up a store that is both eye-catching and designed with intent to enhance a positive shopping experience and drive revenue. The work demands creative flair, a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Moreover to train our stores staff for the VM skills that lead them to be able to manage the new collection launch and also maintain the stores.

What you will do :

• Assist visual merchandising Manager in planning and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy for the brand
• Assist in planning and executing weekly VM guidelines with Visual merchandising manager
• Visit store and work with store team as priority 4 days a week
• Create appealing and eye-catching window display, mannequins, signs and promotional displays that draw Pomelo’s target customers into the store
• Daily product display adjustments in order to manage inventory and maximize sales while maintaining brand aesthetics and amazing customer experience
• Develop a good understanding of Pomelo’s product, image and target customers in order to effectively convey the brand’s aesthetic with unification and consistency
• Gather feedback from Stores team or customers and share with relevant team members for further improvements
• Support Store Opening for the set up and coordinate with team members for any related information that may be needed for the store set up.
• Staff Training in VM skills

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related fields.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in fashion retail visual merchandising/styling, experience within fast fashion brands such as H&M, ZARA, URBAN REVIVO and other fast fashion brands
• Great understanding of visual design theories (color theory, composition, etc).
• Excellent time management skill, with amazing attention to detail and can work under pressure and deadlines.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about design, aesthetics and current trends
• Positive with can-do attitude, flexible and a good team player
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to travel in Thailand and Overseas.
