Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide break-fix support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobility devices (Android/iOS)
• Handle imaging/re-imaging of devices as per IT security policies
• Support IT infrastructure including printers, MFDs, and office move activities
• Offer smart hands & eyes support for servers, network, and security devices
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair/replacement
• Log and manage incidents ensuring SLA compliance
• Maintain CMDB and manage asset lifecycle
• Support IT for events, meetings & emergency situations
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
