Fields Sales Executive

About the role

We're growing fast and looking for a hungry, people-first Field Sales Executive to join our team. You'll be on the front lines — meeting prospects, building relationships, and closing deals that directly fuel our growth. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real-world sales experience with a tech company that invests in your development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, cold outreach, and networking
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to convert leads into paying customers
• Manage your own sales pipeline and hit monthly revenue targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and gather market feedback
• Report sales activity and forecast accurately using our CRM

About you

• SPM or Diploma in any field
• 0–2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Own transport and a valid driving licence (travel within your territory is required)
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
