  • Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments across projects and operational sites.
  • Maintain HSEQ registers, documentation and compliance records.
  • Support ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits and quality assurance activities.
  • Assist with document control, management system improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver HSEQ inductions, toolbox support and guidance to employees and contractors.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, tender documentation and compliance reporting as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience working within Health, Safety and Environment management systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant WHS legislation, incident management and hazard reporting processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

  • Qualifications in Quality Assurance and/or Internal Auditing.
