FIFO - Mobile Plant Operator

About The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for a range of opportunities across the Goldfields and Pilbara regions.

We have positions available across both civil and production mining operations, with opportunities to operate a range of heavy mobile plant on large-scale mining, earthworks and infrastructure projects.

Depending on your experience opportunities include operating excavators, loaders, dozers, graders and other mobile plant across production and civil works.

Essentials Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Driver's Licence
• Relevant Australian Operating Tickets
• National Police Clearance (Recent of 3 months or willing to obtain a new one)
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Construction Card
• Able to pass Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol
• Previous mining, civil or earthmoving experience
• Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures

Duties & Responsibilities

Depending on the position and site, duties may include:

• Operating mobile plant safely and efficiently across civil and mining projects
• Production operations including loading, hauling and material movement
• Bulk earthworks including excavation, trenching, batters, pads and roadworks
• Operating loaders to feed crushers, manage ROMs and stockpiles, and load trucks
• Dozer operations including pushing, spreading, trimming and maintaining benches, pads and windrows
• Operating dump trucks and water carts across mining and civil earthworks
• Carrying out daily pre-starts, equipment inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
• Working effectively within a production or civil crew while maintaining a strong focus on safety
