  • Provide administration support to site-based leadership and operational teams

  • Promote a safe, professional and customer-focused workplace

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a FIFO Site Administrator, Village Administrator or similar administration role

  • Previous experience supporting rostering, timesheets and time & attendance processes

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to confidently work front of house and engage with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a broader site team

  • A hands-on approach and the ability to perform effectively under pressure

  • Current Class C Manual Driver's Licence

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

  • National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
