FIFO Site Administrator

MAKO Miningis a specialist underground mining contractor focused on safely delivering high productivity and professional results in all narrow vein mining applications. The Company has a track record of consistent safety and production, always meeting our client’s expectations.

We are seeking an enthusiastic mine site administrator who is a go-getter and willing to assist wherever needed. This position will require self-motivation, drive, and the ability to multitask.

The ideal candidates will be proactive, forward-thinking, with a strong ability to foster a culture of inspiration, innovation and collaboration across the team.

These roles will offer a 14:14 roster FIFO from Perth.

Essential Criteria

• Experience in a site-based administration position.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Admin support experience across mining and maintenance.
• Roster management.
• Data entry and preparation of reports.
• Coordination of flights and accommodation.
• Inventory, receivables and stocktake.
• Manual handling.
• Experience with INX.
• Sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint
• Current manual WA driver's licence.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Energetic fast learner.

Desirable Criteria

• First Aid Certificate
• Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
• Pronto Experience
• Payroll Experience
