Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shift-based manpower distribution, operator overtime tracking, and planning of the next 24 hours scheduled or unscheduled activities.
• To perform 24-hour quality gradation analysis and daily entry of breaks, waste, and quality details on board.
• To do a 24-hour packing memo analysis, identify repeating endpoints, and take corrective action.
• Monitoring safety incidents and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and filling up the event form and sharing it within 24 hours of any safety incident.
• To oversee the identification of poor positions in the winder and to take corrective action based on the daily breakage report.
• To oversee the segregation of downgraded bobbins based on lab results and to undertake the necessary corrective actions.
• Oversee the preparation of waste and mixing reports each shift, as well as processing of technical data updates in the process folder.
• To oversee the audit of the empty tube and bobbin weight and to confirm the findings with the superior.
• To look after bobbin mixing based on breaks entry and perform analysis to take corrective action.
• To enter information on 24-hour breakages and analyse it, as well as to take care of SOC and trash updates.
• Take care of the new product trial follow up and compilation of the report.
• Tracking of recurrent mechanical, instrumentation, engineering jobs, as well as scheduling pack changes, candle filter changes, and following up with quality for lab result confirmation.
• Oversee production changes, bottom filter, bottom perforated plate change plan, oil change follow up, and department inventory maintenance.
• Responsible for the daily tracking and issuance of paper tubes, sticker rolls, and ribbon, as well as handling dirty and broken bobbins (due to human error), as well as their name declaration and operator training.
