AGRIM – RETAIL ONBOARDING EXECUTIVE XPROPOINT RESEARCH & MARKETING is hiring Retail Onboarding Executives for the AGRIM Project. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Visit assigned retail shops and meet retailers. • Explain AGRIM services, products and benefits to retailers. • Complete retailer onboarding and registration. • Assist retailers with AGRIM App installation and activation. • Guide retailers on basic app usage and features. • Support retailers in completing KYC and required verification. • Encourage eligible retailers to complete shopping/order activities. • Submit daily onboarding and field activity reports. • Achieve assigned onboarding and performance targets. ELIGIBILITY: • 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply. • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. • Android smartphone is mandatory. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of mobile applications. • Willingness to travel for field work. • Candidates should be comfortable visiting retail shops. JOB DETAILS: • Job Type: Full-Time • Work Mode: Field Work • Location: Multiple Locations • Project: AGRIM Retail Onboarding INCENTIVE OPPORTUNITY: • Retailer KYC: ₹300 per successful eligible retailer • Shopping Incentive: ₹250 after eligible shopping completion • Order Delivery Incentive: ₹1,000 after successful eligible order delivery • Total earning opportunity: Up to ₹1,550 per eligible retailer Note: Incentives are subject to project guidelines, eligibility, successful verification and applicable conditions.
