Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to handle sales and distribution activities, develop new customers, manage existing clients, and achieve sales targets through regular market visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, and potential customers.
• Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
• Promote products and increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Take orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Monitor product availability, stock, and market demand.
• Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Collect market feedback and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Sales & Distribution, FMCG, Consumer Products, Retail, or similar industries.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
