Field Executive — Job Profile

A Field Executive is responsible for representing a company in the field, meeting customers or clients, handling assigned locations, and completing operational or sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, clients, dealers, or assigned locations regularly.
• Generate leads and promote the company's products/services.
• Explain products, offers, pricing, and services to customers.
• Collect customer information, documents, payments, or orders when required.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales or operational targets.
• Submit daily/weekly field visit reports to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the office, sales, logistics, or operations team.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile applications.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Customer-service and negotiation skills.
• Good time management.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Knowledge of the local area can be an advantage.

Typical Qualifications

• 12th pass, diploma, or graduate, depending on the company.
• Freshers may be eligible for entry-level positions.
• A valid two-wheeler license may be required for some field roles.
