Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct direct sales visits to potential customers in the field to promote banking products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities through field work, research, and networking.
• Build relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in b2c marketing, b2c sales, direct marketing, or outside sales.
• Strong understanding of B2C sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction during field jobs.
