Filed Support Technician

• Locations: Cairo, Beni Suef, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Alexandria, Tanta, Mansoura, Suez, Port Said, Ismailia & Fayoum
• Key Responsibilities:

-Provide on-site technical and field support for transport technology systems.
-Install, configure, test, and maintain equipment such as smart kiosks, computers, printers, scanners, networking equipment, CCTV systems, cabling, and related hardware.
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
-Perform preventive maintenance and technical inspections.
-Support network infrastructure and connected devices at field locations.
-Respond to technical incidents and provide timely on-site solutions.
-Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
-Prepare daily activity, maintenance, and technical incident reports.
-Follow all safety, security, and technical procedures at project sites.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Communications, Computer, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in field support, technical support, hardware maintenance, electronics, or a similar role.
Good understanding of networking basics and connectivity.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and electronic equipment.
Familiarity with printers, scanners, CCTV, cabling, and network devices is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Willingness to travel between project locations.
