  • Assist with startup, operation, and shutdown activities. Observe and perform checks for pressures, flows, temperatures, and other parameters as instructed by a licensed operator or supervisor.
  • Support quality and package integrity inspections. Perform visual checks, verify materials, and confirm codes match the work order during training.
  • Practice accurate and legible documentation. Record production data, observations, and downtime events as trained. Ensure entries are complete, neat, and timely.
  • Learn correct material handling and FIFO procedures. Assist with staging, verifying, and organizing materials for production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and support 5S standards. Help keep the filler area organized, clean, and compliant with sanitation expectations.
  • Communicate equipment concerns immediately. Report irregularities, unusual sounds, alarms, or parameter deviations to a trainer or supervisor right away.
  • Participate in basic maintenance activities. Support simple Autonomous Maintenance (AM) tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and lubrication as directed.
