Key responsibilities

• Lead daily filling and packing operations to achieve production targets safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Execute the production plan in coordination with Planning, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Monitor and improve line performance, including OEE, output, downtime, yield, waste, and labor productivity.
• Ensure shopfloor discipline through daily meetings, shift handovers, escalation routines, and performance reviews.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and company quality standards.
• Prevent product defects, contamination risks, packaging defects, and customer complaints through strong process control.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for quality deviations, non-conformances, and audit findings.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, line leaders, operators, and production support staff.
• Build a performance-driven, accountable, safety-focused, and improvement-oriented production culture.
• Improve SOPs, work instructions, line clearance practices, cleaning documentation, and visual management systems.

About you

• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in food, beverage, dairy, plant-based, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• At least 3 to 5 years in a supervisory or managerial production role.
• Experience in filling and packing operations is highly preferred.
• Experience with aseptic beverage, UHT, Tetra Pak, SIG, bottle filling, or carton packaging lines would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and quality systems.
• Good knowledge of production planning, manpower management, OEE, yield, downtime, and waste control.
• Able to communicate effectively in Thai and English.
• Production performance management, shopfloor leadership, and structured problem solving.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, basic TPM, and root cause analysis.
