Filling Machine Operator (Sachet)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling machines according to approved production procedures.
• Set up and adjust filling equipment based on product specifications and production requirements.
• Ensure accurate filling volume, weight, and proper product dispensing.
• Load containers, bottles, or packaging materials into the filling machine.
• Monitor machine performance and production output throughout the operation.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Check containers, caps, labels, and packaging materials for defects or abnormalities.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions, product defects, and production issues immediately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments when necessary.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of filling equipment and work areas.
• Assist maintenance personnel during machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Record production quantities, machine readings, batch information, and downtime.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and packaging of finished products.
• Minimize product waste and prevent spills, contamination, and product mix-ups.
• Follow batch records, work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
• Follow company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Filling Machine Operator, Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Packaging Operator is preferred.
• Experience operating automated or semi-automated filling machines is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation, production processes, and safety procedures.
• Willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work near San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
